1. Scope of these terms

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Fresh & Clean website and the residential and commercial house cleaning services offered by Fresh & Clean, operating out of 4120 Ch. des Prairies, Brossard, Quebec J4X 0J7, Canada. Fresh & Clean serves the greater Montreal area, including Montreal, Laval, Longueuil and the South Shore, as well as the West Island.

By using this site or submitting an estimate request, the user accepts these terms.

2. Estimates and pricing

Any estimate provided by phone, email, or through the site's form is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a final contractual commitment. Final pricing may vary based on an assessment carried out on site or by phone, depending on factors such as actual square footage, the condition of the property, access, and the specific tasks requested. Final pricing is confirmed before the service begins.

3. Request and booking process

Submitting the contact or estimate form constitutes a service request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once Fresh & Clean has followed up with the client to agree on a specific date, time, and scope of work.

4. Property access

The client is responsible for ensuring the Fresh & Clean team has access to the property at the agreed time for the service appointment. Refused or delayed access may result in additional fees or rescheduling, according to the terms communicated to the client at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment is free and can be done at any time, with no required notice period and no applicable fees. Fresh & Clean nonetheless appreciates as much notice as possible, to help with scheduling the team.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fresh & Clean is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or this website. Fresh & Clean's total liability to a client, if any, is limited to the amount paid by that client for the service in question.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including protections under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

7. Satisfaction guarantee

Fresh & Clean offers a satisfaction guarantee. If a client is not satisfied with an aspect of the service performed, Fresh & Clean may, depending on the situation, send a new team to correct the items in question at no additional cost, or offer a free hour of service on the client's next visit. Clients are encouraged to report any dissatisfaction as soon as possible after the service so Fresh & Clean can address it quickly.

8. Website use

The content on this site, including text, images, logos, and visual elements, is the property of Fresh & Clean or is used with the permission of its owner, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

The user agrees to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to compromise its security, functioning, or content.

Fresh & Clean makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site accurate but does not guarantee it is entirely free of typographical errors. If an error affects a service description, Fresh & Clean reserves the right to correct it without notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant judicial district in Quebec.
