1. Who we are

Fresh & Clean is a residential and commercial house cleaning company, operating out of 4120 Ch. des Prairies, Brossard, Quebec J4X 0J7, Canada. Fresh & Clean serves the greater Montreal area, including Montreal, Laval, Longueuil and the South Shore, as well as the West Island.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information is collected through this website, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and what rights visitors have under Quebec's Law 25 (An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information).

2. Information collected

Through the contact or estimate request form on this site, the following information is collected.

• ✔Name
• ✔Phone number
• ✔Email address
• ✔Postal code

No payment information (credit card, bank account number) is collected through this website. Payment for services, when applicable, is handled off site, directly with the Fresh & Clean team.

In addition to the information provided voluntarily through the form, this site uses tracking technologies (cookies and device identifiers) that may automatically collect IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and time spent on the site, and interactions with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google ads. This information is collected through the Meta Pixel and through Google Ads and Google Analytics, described in section 5.

3. Purpose of collection

Personal information is collected and used only for the following purposes.

• ✔Responding to an estimate or quote request
• ✔Scheduling, confirming, or changing a service appointment
• ✔Following up after a request or a completed service
• ✔Measuring advertising performance and remarketing, only if the visitor has consented to non essential cookies

Personal information is never sold to a third party.

4. Consent

Consent is obtained in two separate ways.

Contact or estimate form. By filling out and submitting the form, the visitor consents to Fresh & Clean using the information provided to follow up, prepare an estimate, and manage the request.

Non essential cookies (marketing and remarketing). A consent banner allows the visitor to accept or decline non essential cookies related to the Meta Pixel and Google Ads/Analytics. The visitor can change this choice at any time through their browser settings or, where a preference management tool is available on the site, through that tool. Declining non essential cookies does not prevent normal use of the site or the submission of an estimate request.

5. Third parties and processors

Fresh & Clean relies on the following providers to operate this website and manage its client relationships.

• ✔Meta (Facebook, Instagram). Through the Meta Pixel, Meta collects browsing data used to measure ad performance and build Custom Audiences for remarketing purposes.
• ✔Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics). Google collects browsing and ad interaction data for performance measurement, traffic analysis, and remarketing.
• ✔GoHighLevel. The customer relationship management (CRM) platform Fresh & Clean uses to receive, organize, and follow up on requests submitted through the site's form.

These providers act as processors or recipients of personal information in connection with Fresh & Clean's activities and are subject to their own respective privacy policies.

6. Data retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in section 3, generally for the duration of the business relationship with the client and a reasonable period afterward for administrative, accounting, or legal purposes. After that period, the information is securely destroyed or anonymized.

7. Rights under Law 25

Under Quebec's Law 25, anyone whose personal information is held by Fresh & Clean has the right to.

• ✔Access their personal information
• ✔Have inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous information corrected
• ✔Withdraw their consent to the collection or use of their information, subject to Fresh & Clean's legal obligations
• ✔Receive, in a structured and commonly used technological format, the computerized personal information collected from them (data portability)

8. Cookies and Google disclosure

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to improve the visitor experience, measure traffic, and carry out remarketing.

Fresh & Clean, along with third party vendors including Google, uses first party cookies (such as Google Analytics cookies) and third party cookies (such as the Google Ads cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on a visitor's past visits to this website. Visitors can opt out of personalized Google advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Visitors can also review and adjust their advertising preferences directly through Meta's ad preferences settings.

9. Complaints to the Commission d'accès à l'information

Anyone who believes their rights regarding the protection of personal information have not been respected by Fresh & Clean may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI), the body responsible for enforcing Law 25.

10. Changes to this policy

Fresh & Clean may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document. Visitors are encouraged to review this page periodically.
