No, those are add-ons available on request, notably for walls or ceilings yellowed by nicotine or smoke. We assess the extent with you and add it to your estimate.

Do I need to do anything before the team arrives?
Not much, we just ask that you clear cluttered surfaces so the team can work efficiently. Beyond that, the team shows up with everything they need.
Is a deep clean the same as an unsanitary housing cleaning?
No. A deep clean is a thorough top to bottom reset of a home in normal condition. Heavier cases, like a serious buildup of dirt or waste, fall under our unsanitary housing cleaning service instead.
